Do I have to submit homework to participate in the session?

Yes. Homework is required for the Implementation Lab. The entire purpose of the session is to review your homework, discuss your thinking, and refine your strategy. If homework is not submitted, the session cannot be used.


How long is each strategy session?

Each session is 60 minutes and will focus on reviewing your homework, refining your messaging, and strengthening your sales strategy.


Can I reschedule my session if something comes up?

Yes. If you need to reschedule, you may move your session to another available time during the week it is scheduled. All sessions must take place within the dates allocated for the program.


Do my sessions expire?

Yes. Sessions must be used during the program schedule in the month of March. Because this is a structured implementation program tied to the weekly training and homework, sessions cannot be carried forward beyond the scheduled timeframe.


How do I schedule my session?

Once you join the Implementation Lab, you will receive instructions on how to select your available session times for each week.


Will I receive a recording of my session?

Yes. You will receive a recording of your session within 48 hours so you can review the conversation and keep it for your records.


How long will I have access to my session recordings?

You will have lifetime access to the recordings for your reference.


Can anyone join the Implementation Lab?

No. This opportunity is only available to participants enrolled in the Sell It Like You Mean It series.


Why is this limited to 10 participants?

The Implementation Lab is intentionally limited so that Bianca can personally review each participant’s homework and provide meaningful strategy feedback each week.

That is exactly why this program exists. Sales is a skill that improves with structure, strategy, and practice. This track is best suited for participants who want feedback, accountability, and strategic guidance while working through the assignments. If you prefer to complete the homework independently and learn at your own pace, the weekly training may be enough. If you want direct input on your strategy and a structured environment to refine your approach, the implementation lab will provide that support.
